You know that moment when you get to the end of a book, sigh dreamily, and then turn right back to the start so you can read it all over again? When a story is just so cute and lovely and you find yourself smiling goofily the whole way through? When you really wish you owned a dog called Wicket because on page he's so bloody adorable (even though you have an awesome, adorable, completely loveable dog of your own)? When you can only wish you were half as cool as the landlady when you grow up? When you think about the [mumble mumble] and think [mumble mumble mumble] as your heart goes awwww (I can't go posting spoilers now, can I?!).Then this NOT the book for you...Just kidding!!!This book is delightful and you should just go buy it now!This is a cute, fun, sexy read. It makes you want to head up to the Sunshine Coast and visit all the locations noted in the book. It makes you want to bake. It potentially will make you want to mow some lawns (or at least to sit back with a couple of beers and watch someone doing it for you). It makes you happy in that intangible way a good romance does and it heats the pages as it does so.I loved this book! I love the way Griffin and Dane meet and how their relationship progresses; I love the secondary characters and the way they are woven into the story; I love the ever-loving guts out of that little ewok of a dog! This is not a slow burn romance. It's not insta-love either. The romance gathers momentum beautifully and you are very much engaged in an HEA.A recommended read.
