I have been a dedicated fan of Ms. Delinsky from way back. She's written some amazing books. Since her days with Harlequin to her more modern and consequentialBooks, I loved her way with words. Don,t get me wrong, I love Harlequin, I'm a romantic at heart. But I'm also a realist and like to read about today's women's issues andMs. Delinsky certainly has a voice about these issues that should be heard.I appreciate the rescue shelter as a side topic in the story. It brings to mind our own Pooh Bear, the first rescue dog we ever had and (don't tell anyone) also theBest pet EVER! As long as Barbara Delinsky is writing, I will continue reading.
